Submission Types
We welcome:
- Extended Abstracts (max 2 pages)
- Short Papers (up to 4 pages)
- Full Papers (up to 8 pages)
Submission Requirements
- Use the official conference template (available on the website)
- Submit via the online submission system
- Manuscripts must include clear objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions, with high-resolution figures and well-formatted tables
Peer Review Process
- Review criteria: originality, technical merit, clarity, and relevance
- Authors may be asked to revise before final acceptance
Publication & Indexing
- Every accepted paper will receive a DOI via Crossref
- Proceedings will be indexed in Google Scholar and Semantic Scholar
- Papers will be archived in Portico to ensure long-term accessibility
- Selected high-quality papers invited for possible publication in: the International Journal of Civil Infrastructure (IJCI) or the International Journal of Environmental Pollution and Remediation (IJEPR). (publication fees may apply)
Selected high-quality papers may also be invited for publication in ASET’s affiliated journals (publication fees may apply).
Presentation Format – Fully Virtual
- Presentations will be live, typically consisting of a 10-minute talk followed by 3 minutes of Q&A.
Awards & Recognition
V-ICCETE 2026 will present:
- Best Paper Award – granted to one outstanding paper in each thematic track based on peer review scores, technical depth, and presentation quality
Award Benefits
- Official certificate of excellence
- A 25% discount towards registration for the 2027 series of the conference
- An invitation to submit their modified presented papers to a related journal by Avestia Publishing with a 50% discount on the publication fee (subject to a second round of peer review).
Registration Policy
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present at the conference.
- Only papers that are both accepted and registered will appear in the final proceedings.
Ethics & Copyright
- Authors must sign the copyright transfer form before publication
- Submissions must be original, not previously published, and not concurrently under review elsewhere.
- Plagiarism is strictly prohibited and may lead to rejection.
